Liberty Commons

Persinger Architects designed a suite of five modular workforce-housing units for the Liberty School District. Pre-fabrication off-site not only kept the project within its budget, but also reduced community disruption and construction time in a very busy neighborhood. Design features include traditional colonial-style exteriors that harmonize with the surrounding historic district, thoroughly modern interiors, and green space for family comfort and neighbor engagement. Solar panels and electric car chargers meet the project’s commitment for a sustainable solution.
