Geyserville Elementary School Modernization

Deteriorating, un-maintaintable portables are all too common in school districts, and Persinger Architects has years of experience replacing portables with quality, cost-effective modulars.  Geyserville’s custom modulars were pre-fabricated offsite and assembled onsite with minimal campus disruption, using long-lasting, sustainable materials. As part of the overall facilities  modernization and to address pandemic concerns, heated outdoor classrooms were built. Existing windows were modified and reused, creating ample natural lighting. To enhance wildfire and pandemic safety, a complex HVAC system was installed that is capable of being completely closed to outside air, or reversed to be 100% outside air.
