Persinger Architects has worked with Kelseyville USD for decades, notably developing its 10-year Master Plan and identifying project priorities for each campus, some with significant long-term construction timelines. As part of the Master Plan process, the renovation of aging facilities necessitated a local bond, so the firm conducted a Needs Assessment to document the widespread deterioration in the district. Using this information in community outreach to raise awareness of the need, Persinger Architects was instrumental in getting the bond passed.
